Sadagaat Charity Organization inaugurated Al-Nabti Water Station in East Nile Locality, Khartoum State, with the support of Droplets of Mercy through Sadagaat Canada, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve access to safe and sustainable water sources for communities
The project included drilling a 600-foot-deep borehole and installing an 11-kilowatt solar power system to operate a 10-horsepower submersible pump, in addition to fencing and protection works to support the station’s sustainable operation and safeguard its infrastructure
The opening of the station will improve families’ access to clean water and reduce the challenges associated with obtaining water, contributing to better health, greater stability, and a more dignified life for the community, while representing a practical step toward a more sustainable future
