Sadagaat Charity Organization implemented a water desalination plant project at the Habib Al-Rahman Dialysis Center in Port Sudan, Red Sea State, at a cost of USD 60,000.
The plant has a production capacity of 200 cubic meters per day, fed from well water, benefiting dialysis patients at the center, which operates 55 dialysis machines and consumes 50 tons of water daily for medical dialysis purposes and other uses within the Abad Al-Rahman Hospital for Kidney Diseases and Transplantation.
This project contributes to ensuring the sustainability of health services, alleviating the burden on the health sector in the state, and supporting patients with the highest quality standards.
