Through the Women's Agricultural Enterprises Support activity in Sharq Al Neel, Khartoum State, implemented under the Strengthening Resilience and Recovery for Returnees and Host Communities in Sharq Al Neel Locality project by Sadagaat Charity Organization with support from UNDP Sudan, “Ahlam” received the support needed to strengthen and expand her agricultural enterprise.
Today, her land has become more productive, and her agricultural enterprise has grown into a sustainable source of income, helping improve her family's livelihood and creating greater opportunities for long-term economic stability. The transformation of her project demonstrates how the right support can turn agricultural potential into productive, income-generating opportunities.
“Ahlam's” story reflects the impact the activity strives to achieve. By supporting women's agricultural enterprises, the initiative enables women to strengthen their agricultural businesses, increase productivity, improve their livelihoods, and contribute to food security while building more resilient communities.
