Zakat al-Fitr is one of Sadagaat Charity Organization's annual humanitarian initiatives. Through this project, Sadagaat receives Zakat al-Fitr contributions from individuals inside and outside Sudan and distributes flour to vulnerable families within the prescribed time in accordance with Islamic teachings. By fulfilling its religious purpose, the project strengthens food security and enables families to welcome Eid with dignity and peace of mind. Thanks to the dedication of volunteers, the support of partners, and the trust of the Sadagaat community, Zakat al-Fitr reaches its rightful beneficiaries efficiently, transparently, and with respect for their dignity.
More than fulfilling a religious obligation, Zakat al-Fitr strengthens the bonds of solidarity that unite communities across Sudan. It brings together donors, volunteers, partners, and families in need in a shared act of compassion, reminding us that the true spirit of Eid lies in ensuring that no family is left behind.
