A year ago, there were more than a thousand children waiting for their turn to have heart surgery at Ahmed Qasim Hospital in Khartoum. Great efforts started by Sudan through the Pediatric Operating Room Rehabilitation Project, which will enable pediatric cardiac surgeons to realize the dream of pediatric heart surgery in a completely separate place from adults, paving the way for reducing the waiting list in addition to achieving the larger goal of localizing pediatric heart surgery in Sudan completely.
To complement these efforts, Sadagaat Charity Organization provided medical devices and equipment to the intensive care room at a cost of more than 117,000 US dollars, and Mr. Nazim Siraj was credited with attracting and collecting this amount.
As an extension of its partnership in this project, Sudani has maintained the intensive care room and connected the internal oxygen network.
Zakat Foundation of America in partnership with Sadagaat Charity Organization and Makkah Hospital has commissioned 286 free eye operations (white water) in Port Sudan and Nyala.
The first phase is the implementation of 100 operations in the Red Sea state.
In October, Sadagaat Charity Organization launches the campaign "Ashan Binhbik - because we love you" to raise awareness about Breast Cancer.
Several awareness activities are planned as part of the campaign, as is the importance of early detection.

Sadagaat Charity Organization has accomplished the project to help the regions affected by floods and rains in the state of Al-Jazeera - Al-Manaqil locality in coordination with the Department of Health Affairs with the support of Save The Children in Sudan, El-Nefedi Group, and Haggar Group by:
- Implementation of vector control campaigns
- Environmental sanitation campaigns to dispose of solid waste and remove dirt complexes in affected areas
- Distribution of saturated mosquito nets
- Distribution of personal hygiene equipment to families and women
- Operation of two mobile clinics in the shelter areas of the affected communities
- Implementation of 12 temporary emergency toilets in the Stadium camp in Manaqil
The campaign included the neighborhoods of Al-Manaqil in addition to a number of villages in the rural units of Al-Manaqil and Karimt.
Sadagaat Charity Organization, with the support of Al-Nefedi Group and in collaboration with the Department of Health Affairs, aided communities affected by floods and rains in Berber locality – River Nile State by:
- Implementation of campaigns to control disease vectors by spray to combat mosquito phases
- Distribution of saturated mosquito nets
- Distribution of containers for drinking water
- Implementation of temporary emergency toilets
With the assistance of MTN Sudan and in collaboration with the Department of Health Affairs, Sadagaat Charity Organization conducted environmental sanitation programs in the effected regions to promote cleanliness, waste collection, and proper waste disposal.
It is worth mentioning that these campaigns included covering 28 areas in Berber locality
