Sadagaat Charity Organization and Save the Children in Sudan have signed a partnership agreement to join forces and provide emergency response services to communities affected by flash flooding and severe rains in Al-Manaqil locality in Gaziera State. The joint activities include direct health services through a mobile health clinic, vector disease control, environmental sanitation and hygiene, monitoring of water supply sources, and health education and awareness-raising. This partnership will leverage the strengths of both organizations to benefit the people most severely affected by the ongoing humanitarian emergency.

The following are presently being implemented in Berber: - Establishment of emergency toilets - Taking samples from drinking water sources for testing in the National Laboratory (ISTAC) - Distribution of water tanks Within the framework of creating a clean and healthy environment, Sadagaat coordinated with the Ministry of Health and Social Development and the Department of Health Affairs in Berber Locality to implement: - Environmental sanitation campaign - Vector Control Campaign (Aqueous Phase) - Anti-mosquito campaign (flying phase) - Distribution of saturated mosquito nets In the locality of Al-Manaqil, Sadagaat coordinated with the Department of Health Affairs in the locality of Al-Manaqil to implement interventions that support health services for a period of two months through: - Implementation of vector control campaigns and environmental sanitation campaigns - Training community committees on health awareness and education among affected communities - Distribution of mosquito nets and personal hygiene equipment to affected families - Operation of a temporary clinic in the shelter areas of the affected communities Thanks to the community of charity and to everyone who contributed to this great work.. Sadagaat Charity Organization took part in the Career Fair, which was held at the University of Khartoum from September 17 to 19, 2022. The exhibition is an annual event in which companies, institutions, and organizations are given the opportunity to introduce their fields of work and available jobs, as well as enlighten students with the necessary experiences to compete in applying for jobs. Sadagaat volunteers introduced Sadagaat, as well as explaining the importance of volunteering and how to volunteer in Sadagaat, and it is mentioned that the Sadagaat community includes thousands of volunteers, some of whom participate in many charitable activities and projects, and Sadagaat also provides opportunities to train graduates for a period of 6 months, during which the trainee acquires knowledge and experience.
