The Sweden Hospital is the only charity hospital specializing in newborn care in Sudan. The hospital receives newborns from the age of one day to less than a month that are transferred from other hospitals or families.
The organization provided the hospital with the following medical equipment to reach the maximum capacity for operation:
Portable custody and fixed custody donated by a monitoring company.
• 5 phototherapy devices
• 5 intravenous pumps.
The organization also contributed to providing training opportunities in the Swedish Hospital for nurses working in the newborn unit.

The project aimed to meet the requirements of the hospital's newborn unit, by providing the following medical devices:
- 3 nurseries and 5 beds for children.
- 8 phototherapy devices.
- Maintenance of 4 respirators.
- A device for checking the gases and the fluids required to run it for a period of 6 months.
- 5 devices for intravenous fluids.
- Designing, supplying and installing the extensions and equipment of the hospital's medical gas network and providing the AIR station, which serves 3 units in the hospital: the intensive care unit, the neonatal unit, and the children accidents unit to meet the required need of the lack of oxygen supply and increase the efficiency of the work of the children's department in the hospital.
- Maintenance of 4 respiratory devices in the intensive care room.
- Providing ABG blood testing apparatus, and provided the medical fluids necessary to operate the device for a period of 6 months.

Sadagaat organization works in coordination with the National Voluntary Blood Donation Program to establish periodic campaigns in companies, institutions, and public places to spread the culture of voluntary blood donation and to provide safe, screened blood products to all groups in need of blood.
Sadagaat Organization contributed to filling the need for blood at the Central Blood Bank, especially during the second quarter of the year (April, May, June) by implementing 84 voluntary blood donation campaigns in 2019.
In addition to voluntary blood donation campaigns, the organization committed to maintaining 8 vehicles for voluntary blood donation (5 of which were maintained in partnership with Sudani Telecom).
Arak Food Group contributed to supporting the implementation of blood donation campaigns by making in-kind donations represented in a refrigerator and 3,500 juice bottles. The organization also purchased 2880 juice bottles to support the implementation of the voluntary donation inside the Central Blood Bank.
62 events within the campaign “from our blood for our country”, which is an annual campaign organized in timing with the Independence Day in partnership with the Central Blood Bank and a number of organizations and initiatives in Khartoum and the other states to provide a stock of blood for all groups. In its sixth edition, the campaign included 12 states and 55 cities, with the participation of 74 partner organizations / voluntary initiatives in Khartoum and the states. The campaign succeeded in providing a total of 2,643 blood bottles.

Sadagaat organization participated with Mohammed Noor Eyeglasses Group in celebrating the World Vision Day, which is celebrated globally on the second Thursday of October. Noor Group celebrates this day in Sudan annually since 2012.
In 2018 with the group's plan to expand the base of the beneficiaries of the celebration it was coordinated with the organization to participate. 4000 people who do not have access to eye care medical services were examined and 520 of them were diagnosed with visual impairments.
Tests also showed the presence of 73 infected with the case of white water and underwent the necessary medical treatment and conducted white water operations that necessitated surgical intervention and 7 cases as part of the eye operations project implemented by the charity organization in partnership with the Mecca Eyes Hospital.
