Sadagaat Charity Organization has launched the "Pediatric High Dependency Unit (HDU) Rehabilitation Project" at Dongola Specialized Hospital in the Northern State, with a generous donation from the Sudanese American Community Organization (SACO) through Sadagaat-USA, with a total cost $60,000.
The project aims to enhance healthcare services for children by establishing a high-dependency unit at Dongola Specialized Hospital, equipped with 4 beds, complete medical devices and accessories, infection control supplies, and civil works.
The importance of this project lies in bridging the healthcare gap created by the closure of children's hospitals in the capital due to the war, which has caused the suffering of thousands of sick children across various states of Sudan.
As part of the e-learning project and with the support of UNICEF Sudan, Sadagaat Charity Organization launched the e-learning center in "Maragha" / Dongola Northern State.
Sadagaat Charity Organization has begun its efforts to assist people in East Jazeera State by contributing to the evacuation of citizens to safe areas.
Sadagaat aims to undertake additional activities to aid and support displaced people from East Jazeera, which will be determined later based on the situation.
Support has started from Sadagaat-USA, which has pledged $20,000, and we announce that donations are open to everyone.

The project aims to provide food supplies to the central kitchens in Omdurman (3 central kitchens) for the distribution of meals to families in Khartoum State.
"Sacrifice for us and others" project for this year 2024/1445, implemented by Sadagaat Charity Organization, showcased the solidarity of the Sudanese community during times of adversity. The determination of Sudanese people around the world to honor the rituals of Allah and send the value of their sacrifices to Sudan was truly inspiring. Contributions from Sudanese in various countries were significant, coming through Sadagaat USA, Hidaya Foundation, Sadagaat Canada, Sadagaat UK, as well as contributions from Sudanese sending the value of their sacrifices through the Gulf and Arab countries.
Alhamdolliah Sadagaat Charity Organization was able to distribute 499 calves, and Sadagaat USA provided 350 sheep. This was implemented in 26 cities across 12 Sudanese states.
The total number of beneficiaries this year was 142,888 people, with a total cost of 444,585,000 Sudanese pounds.
Sadagaat Charity Organization launched Kamir Al-Awadiah water station in El-Matama locality of the River Nile State, supported by Sadagaat community, providing water for approximately 12,000 people. The project includes drilling a groundwater well, installing a 10-horsepower solar energy system, as well as fencing work.
