Sadagaat Charity Organization has concluded its "Because We Care About You" campaign, held during Breast Cancer Awareness Month in the Northern State and Khartoum State, with the aim of raising awareness of women's health, promoting preventive practices, and highlighting the importance of early detection of breast cancer.
The campaign reached a total of 10,286 beneficiaries, with the participation of 45 female volunteers who contributed 106 volunteer hours, helping spread health awareness and promote knowledge about the importance of women's health within their communities.

With support from UNICEF, Sadagaat Charity Organization implemented a school supplies distribution project targeting primary education in the localities of Dongola, Al-Golid, and Al-Burgaiq in Sudan's Northern State.
The distributed supplies included school bags for students, stationery, teaching materials for teachers, sports equipment, and liquid soap. The initiative aims to contribute to improving the school environment, easing some of the financial burdens associated with providing essential educational supplies, and supporting teachers in carrying out their educational responsibilities.
This project is part of Sadagaat Charity Organization's ongoing efforts to support the education sector, strengthen learning environments, and help create better conditions for the continuity of education, ensuring that children have greater opportunities to learn, develop, and build a brighter future.

Fatima Adam Ali is one of the women who came together with her group to establish a hair salon as part of the Women’s Productive Groups Initiative, implemented by Sadagaat Charity Organization with support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The initiative aims to strengthen women’s economic empowerment, support their productive capacities, and create income-generating opportunities.

Amal Mohamed Al-Haj: How Collective Action Creates Opportunities for Stability
Amal Mohamed Al-Haj is one of ten women from East Nile locality in Khartoum State who came together to establish Al-Doha Neighborhood Grocery Store, as part of the Women’s Productive Groups initiative implemented by Sadagaat Charity Organization with support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Through this initiative, Amal and the nine other women gained an opportunity to work together on a productive business that contributes to strengthening their economic independence and supports their pursuit of greater financial stability.

Sadagaat Charity Organization has inaugurated Al-Safwa Water Station in Block 11, Omdurman locality, Khartoum State. The project was supported by Al-Hajja Alawiya Taha Ibrahim Sukrab and dedicated as an ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) on behalf of Engineer Ali Mustafa Mohamed, Engineer Nibras Mahir Muhaimid, and their children and grandchildren.
The project included the installation of a solar power system to operate a 20-horsepower submersible water pump, contributing to improved water access for residents of the area.
