Sadagaat Charity Organization continues to implement the "Safe Return to School" project in partnership with UNICEF, Sadagaat headed to the localities of Al-Hasahisa, Um Al-Qura, Shendi and Umbada to contribute to the improvement of the healthy environment of 27 schools, services ranged from the distribution of sanitary ware to prevent COVID-19, the construction of toilets and the establishment of thermal coolers, the establishment of a health awareness workshop targeting teachers on how to use COVID-19 prevention tools, the formation of health clubs and the provision of seats for the assistant of students with disabilities as well as the provision of baskets to collect wastes.
In the three states, 10,344 children benefited from the programme.
Sadagaat Charity Organization has established Wad Abu Kuu water station project in Sinnar state, which contributes to the water stability of 3,000 people in addition to livestock that forms part of the region's economy.
The cost of the project is 17,344,737.68 SDG
"East Sinnar Locality" Maamoura Water Station... The station was established with donations from the late Ibrahim Abdul Rahman Yacoub's family as an ongoing charity to his soul at a cost of $ 32,285. Through their generosity, the station irrigates around 3500 individuals as well as 7000 livestock.

As part of the health system strengthening program, Sadagaat Charity Organization has implemented a project to supply equipment for pediatric department at Kassala Teaching Hospital by providing 20 medical beds with full accessories, 6 air conditioners, 12 ceiling fans, and two suction fans.
