1,988,900 iftar meals… and 126,258 beneficiaries across 19 cities in 10 states.
This is the impact of the “Ramadan Al-Khair” project launched by Sadagaat Charity Organization throughout the blessed month of Ramadan, reaching thousands of fasting individuals and families through iftar meals and Ramadan food packages—made possible by the support of partners, donors, and the dedicated efforts of volunteers.

Sadagaat Charity Organization, in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Guidance and the Adult Education Department in Kassala State, and with support from UNICEF Sudan, concluded the “Bridging Workshop for Facilitators of E-Learning Centers” in Kassala and New Halfa localities, with the participation of 51 facilitators (male and female).
During the past period, the facilitators contributed to enrolling around 3,035 children who were out of school into e-learning centers, in preparation for integrating them into formal education through bridging exams.
The bridging exams are scheduled to be held before the start of the new academic year in Kassala State, in May 2026.

Sadagaat Concludes Teaching Methodology Bridging Workshop in Gedaref State
Under the education pillar and with support from UNICEF Sudan, Sadagaat Charity Organization has concluded a “Bridging on Teaching Methodology” workshop in Gedaref State, attended by 35 facilitators from e-learning centers.
The workshop aimed to strengthen the capacities of facilitators and prepare them for the transitional phase of using classroom boards during the bridging stage. It covered key topics including teaching methodologies, lesson planning, active learning strategies, understanding the psychological characteristics of adolescent learners, classroom management skills, and practical model lessons.
A total of 3,618 students are being integrated into the formal education system, with the academic year scheduled to begin on Sunday, May 3, 2026. This cohort represents the first group from 35 centers out of 65 across the state.
This step reflects Sadagaat Charity Organization’s ongoing commitment to developing and implementing strategies that reintegrate out-of-school children—transitioning them from e-learning centers into formal schools through the bridging program.

Sadagaat Implements Water and Sanitation Package Distribution at Al-Afada Camp under 48-Hour Response Program
As part of the 48-hour rapid response program for water and sanitation interventions, and with support from Save the Children in Sudan through the Sudan Humanitarian Fund (SHF), Sadagaat Charity Organization, in coordination with the Humanitarian Aid Commission and under the supervision of the Local Emergency and Crisis Committee, carried out a water and sanitation package distribution project at Al-Afada Camp in Ad Dabbah locality, Northern State. The project aims to reduce morbidity and mortality rates among children and their families under the current conditions.
The project targeted 600 families within the camp, providing packages that promote personal and environmental hygiene and ensure safe water access, thereby limiting the spread of diseases, especially in displacement contexts.
The launch was attended by the Executive Director of Ad Dabbah Locality, Mr. Mohammed Saber, Administrative Director Mr. Al-Hassan Ibrahim, representatives from the Emergency and Crisis Committee including Mr. Rami Abdelrahim, and the Health Affairs representative Dr. Kawthar Babiker.

Sadagaat Charity Opens 4 E-Learning Centers in Jebel Aulia, Khartoum State
Under the education pillar, and with support from UNICEF Sudan, in partnership with the State Ministry of Education and the Humanitarian Aid Commission, Sadagaat Charity Organization has inaugurated 4 e-learning centers in Jebel Aulia locality, Khartoum State, as part of the SPEEP project.
These centers represent new spaces of hope and knowledge—opening doors to e-learning for children and bringing them closer to a future filled with education and opportunity.

Under the Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation pillar, Sadagaat Charity Organization has inaugurated Al-Wifaq Water Station in Al-Dagawit village, Merowe locality, Northern State, as an ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) in memory of the late Osama Sayed Ahmed.
The project included the supply and installation of a solar power system with a capacity of 20 horsepower, in addition to fencing and protection works.
