As the blessed month of Ramadan came to an end, it concluded with an abundance of generosity and giving. Sadagaat Charity Organization received SDG 166,195,000 in Zakat Al-Fitr contributions, which were used to purchase flour, a staple food commonly consumed by the local community.
The flour was distributed to 31,232 families, with each family receiving 5 kg, across 13 cities in Sudan: Atbara, Shendi, El Fasher, Dongola, Omdurman, El Obeid, Dilling, Damazin, Ad Damer, Suki, Gedaref, Khartoum/Soba West, and Umm Rawaba

The project aims to enhance medical services provided to children by establishing an intermediate care unit at Dongola Hospital, which will include 4 beds with complete equipment, accessories, and infection control supplies, in addition to civil works.

The project aims to distribute bags containing food supplies to 750 families - 400 bags in the city of Atbara and 350 bags in the city of Dongola. They are from the family that was displaced from Khartoum State due to the conflict that broke out there.
The Atbara Dialysis Center is considered the main dialysis center in the River Nile State. With the war, many displaced people flocked to the center. The required interventions are:
– Providing 2 additional dialysis machines for the center
– Providing 2 split air conditioners for the center
After the outbreak of conflict in Khartoum State and the displacement of thousands of families, many families decided to travel to neighboring Egypt, and many families were stranded in the border city of Halfa. The pressure on health institutions became high. The project’s activities aim to provide incentives for workers at the Halfa Dialysis Center to help provide dialysis services at the center.
