The project aims to provide access to safe drinking water and proper sanitation as part of the emergency humanitarian response for those affected by floods in the areas of Masawi, Tangassi, and Awsli in Merowe Locality, Northern State supported by IOM Sudan
The intervention includes:
Providing access to emergency sanitation by constructing emergency latrines and bathrooms.
Rehabilitating existing stations in Masawi and Tangassi.
Establishing health committees and training them on environmental sanitation, health awareness, and water safety.
Mobilizing the community for environmental sanitation and supporting campaigns with the provision of cleaning equipment.
Sadagaat Charity Organization invites you to contribute to the project of providing Iftar meals for fasting individuals through central kitchens in Khartoum State and several other states.
The cost of providing Iftar for one fasting person throughout the holy month is approximately $10.

Sadagaat Charity Organization inaugurated Al-Hamak water station in Dongola, Northern State, as an ongoing charity in memory of the late "Asia Al-Hassan Al-Rahiou", benefiting 3,000 people.
The project included the supply and installation of a solar energy system to operate a 15-horsepower submersible pump, along with fencing and protection works.
Sadagaat Charity Organization inaugurated a water station in Dongola, Block 18, Northern State, as an ongoing charity in memory of the late "Osman Al-Balk", providing clean water to 5,800 people, easing their daily struggle to access this vital resource.
The project included drilling a 500-foot-deep groundwater well to extract water from safe underground layers, supplying and installing a high-efficiency 15-horsepower submersible pump, and integrating a complete solar energy system to ensure uninterrupted water pumping. Additionally, fencing and protection works were carried out to secure assets and equipment.
The reliance on solar energy addressed the water crisis during frequent power outages in the Northern State, contributing to water stability and sustainability while ensuring distribution to the surrounding areas of Block 18.
With the support of Sadagaat USA, Sadagaat Charity Organization provided a range of medical equipment and devices to Kassala Saudi Hospital / Kassala State, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the capacity and readiness of healthcare facilities and support the delivery of safe and effective medical services
The support included two anesthesia machines and a 75-liter sterilizer, contributing to the enhancement of medical services for patients and supporting healthcare professionals in delivering quality care.
Sadagaat Charity Organization implemented a project to support Sudanese Certificate students. The support included transporting students to safe areas so they could sit for their exams in peace, providing meals, purchasing and distributing blankets, and supplying winter clothing. In addition, the project facilitated the work of psychologists to provide mental health support to the students.
The project cost amounted to $35,000.

Sadagaat Charity Organization concluded a humanitarian initiative to support Sudanese Certificate students in Khartoum State and North Kordofan State – El Obeid city, aiming to provide a more stable environment for students during the exam period.
In Khartoum State: With support from Sadagaat USA, the organization provided water supplies and environmental sanitation materials in 22 exam centers distributed across 6 localities: Khartoum, Bahri, Omdurman, East Nile, Ombada, and Jebel Awlia, benefiting 4,486 students.
In El Obeid – North Kordofan: With support from Sadagaat Canada, the organization operated a central kitchen to provide two daily meals throughout the exam period in 7 boarding schools, targeting 2,500 students from North and South Kordofan.
The total number of beneficiaries reached 6,986 students, while the project cost was approximately 60 million Sudanese pounds.
This initiative came from Sadagaat Charity Organization’s belief in its role in providing assistance and support to students affected by the war, and in commitment to supporting their educational journey during one of the most important stages of their lives.

Sadagaat Charity Organization continued its support for Sudanese Certificate students, enabling them to confidently pass this critical stage by providing the necessary support during the exam period.
With support from Sadagaat USA and Sadagaat Canada, the organization provided daily meals for 3,500 students during the exam period in Sennar State and North Kordofan State. It also supported 9 exam centers with water and environmental sanitation services, contributing to a healthy and safe environment for students.
