Sadagaat Charity Organization has implemented a project to support Sudanese certificate students, standing by them to help them successfully navigate this critical stage with confidence. With support from Sadagaat-USA and Sadagaat-Canada, daily meals were provided to 3,500 male and female students during the examination period in Sennar and North Kordofan states. In addition, 9 examination centers were supported with water and environmental sanitation services to ensure a healthy and safe environment for students.
As part of the water supply, environmental sanitation, and personal hygiene initiative, Sadagaat Charity Organization inaugurated the “Maqashi” water station in Merowe locality, Northern State. This project is a continuous charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) dedicated to the soul of the late Suhair Othman Al-Faki, may Allah have mercy on her. The project included the supply and installation of a 7.5 kW solar power system to operate a 10-horsepower submersible pump, in addition to fencing and protection works.
As part of the “Resilience and Recovery Support Project for Returnees and Host Communities” in East Nile locality, Khartoum State, Sudan, and with support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Sadagaat Charity Organization inaugurated the Wad Al-Bashir Water Station, Block 1, providing clean water to around 5,000 people.
The project included the installation of a 15-horsepower solar energy system, rehabilitation of the elevated water tank, as well as fencing and protection works.
The project is expected to make a tangible difference in the lives of beneficiaries by providing reliable access to clean water, positively impacting public health and easing the burden of water access, especially among returnees and host communities. Solar energy solutions also help reduce operational costs and ensure efficient, long-term sustainability of the service.
As part of the “Resilience and Recovery Support Project for Returnees and Host Communities” in East Nile locality, Khartoum State, Sudan, and with support from UNDP Sudan, Sadaqat Charity Organization inaugurated the Al-Wahda Water Station, Block 9 (Kosovo), providing clean water to around 25,000 individuals.
The project included the installation of a 20-horsepower solar energy system, rehabilitation of the elevated water tank, as well as fencing and protection works.
The project is expected to improve access to clean and safe water and enhance public health and quality of life, especially for returnees and families in host communities. The use of solar energy also strengthens service sustainability, ensuring a reliable water supply over the long term.
Providing a stable water source represents a fundamental step toward recovery, stability, and building more resilient communities in the face of challenges.
1,988,900 iftar meals… and 126,258 beneficiaries across 19 cities in 10 states.
This is the impact of the “Ramadan Al-Khair” project launched by Sadagaat Charity Organization throughout the blessed month of Ramadan, reaching thousands of fasting individuals and families through iftar meals and Ramadan food packages—made possible by the support of partners, donors, and the dedicated efforts of volunteers.
Ramadan Iftar Meals:

74,772 fasting individuals Across 7 cities in 6 states: Al-Afadh Camp (Al-Dabbah), Tawila, Shendi, Atbara, Kosti, El-Obeid, and Al-Dilling.
Ramadan Food Packages:
51,486 beneficiaries
10,297 Ramadan packages Across 12 cities in 5 states: Khartoum, Jebel Aulia, Bahri, Karari, Merowe, Dongola, Kassala, Halfa, Al-Damazin, Wad Madani, East Gazira, and Al-Hasahisa.
Ramadan has passed… but the impact of giving remains.

Sadagaat Charity Organization, in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Guidance and the Adult Education Department in Kassala State, and with support from UNICEF Sudan, concluded the “Bridging Workshop for Facilitators of E-Learning Centers” in Kassala and New Halfa localities, with the participation of 51 facilitators (male and female).
During the past period, the facilitators contributed to enrolling around 3,035 children who were out of school into e-learning centers, in preparation for integrating them into formal education through bridging exams.
The bridging exams are scheduled to be held before the start of the new academic year in Kassala State, in May 2026.
