Since early 2025, Sadagaat has continued to provide humanitarian services in Al-Dabba Locality through a range of interventions, including the operation of primary healthcare and referral clinics, support to Al-Dabba Central Hospital through maintenance and rehabilitation works, provision of medical equipment and an oxygen network, and healthcare worker training. The interventions have also included water and environmental sanitation activities, the establishment and management of safe spaces for children, and food security activities through central kitchens and food basket distributions

The new project will continue to provide an integrated package of healthcare services to internally displaced people and the host community, including medical consultations, laboratory testing, free medicines, treatment of common injuries, and support for referred cases. It will also provide nutrition services, including support for the treatment of children suffering from severe acute malnutrition with complications at Al-Dabba Central Hospital

Additional interventions include psychosocial support, maternal and child health services, including reproductive health and immunization activities, as well as environmental sanitation activities at targeted clinics. The project will also address gender-based violence prevention and response and provide support to survivors

With a budget of USD 880,000, the project aims to deliver these services and interventions to approximately 48,000 people among internally displaced and host communities in Al-Dabba Locality

Sadagaat Charity Organization extends its appreciation to its supporting partners, particularly the Sudan Humanitarian Fund, Alight, Save the Children, MedGlobal, Sadagaat Canada, and Sadagaat-USA, whose support has contributed to the continuation of humanitarian efforts in Al-Dabba
