Within the Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Sector, Sadagaat Charity Organization inaugurated the “Al-Qutaina – Al-Hay Al-Thamen” Water Station in Al-Qutaina locality, White Nile State, with the generous support of Bashir Al-Nafeedi Charitable Group.
The project included drilling a groundwater well to a depth of 200 feet, supplying and installing a 4 kW solar power system, operating a 5.5 HP submersible pump, in addition to carrying out fencing works for the station.

As part of the Resilience Enhancement Project for Returnees and Host Communities, and in partnership between Sadagaat Charity Organization, the East Nile Locality Health System Administration, the Environmental Health Department, and with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP Sudan), a comprehensive environmental sanitation campaign has been launched to combat disease vectors in markets across East Nile Locality.

The campaign aims to improve the local environment and reduce the spread of diseases through activities such as cleaning, waste removal, and spraying to control disease-carrying vectors. This initiative reflects a shared commitment to supporting returnee and host communities and enhancing their ability to face health challenges through sustainable solutions that have a direct positive impact on citizens’ lives.

As part of the Multi-Sector Emergency Response Program, and with support from MedGlobal through the Sudan Humanitarian Fund (SHF), Sadagaat Charity Organization implemented a clean-up campaign at Al-Afadd Camp in Al-Dabbah locality – Northern State.
The campaign involved 25 sanitation workers and 8 spraying workers, aiming to enhance health awareness among the camp residents and encourage the adoption of hygiene practices that contribute to reducing health risks and improving their surrounding environment. The spraying activities also focused on combating mosquitoes and flies to limit the spread of disease vectors within the camp.
The launch of the campaign was attended by representatives from the Department of Health Affairs, the Environmental Sanitation Unit, the Ministry of Health, as well as the Deputy Executive Director of Al-Dabbah locality, reflecting the importance of partnerships and coordination among stakeholders working in the humanitarian field.

As part of the Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation program, Sadagaat Charity Organization inaugurated the Wad Kanan Water Station in Wad Madani locality, Gezira State, as a continuous charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) for the souls of Haj Mohamed Ali Karar, Hajja Fatima Sheikh Ibrahim, and their daughter Alawiya Karar — may Allah have mercy on them and grant them paradise.
The project included the drilling of a 400-foot-deep groundwater well, the supply and installation of a solar power system to operate a 10-horsepower submersible pump, in addition to fencing and protection works for the station.
